Display different push notification using same channel?

Hi everybody,

I want to display a growl notification using push when a user has changed something, BUT this notification has to be different:
- A notification saying "Configuration saved" for the user who has just changed something
- And a notification saying "The configuration has been changed by someone else" for the other users connected.

How can I do such thing?
