[ANN] Atmosphere 2.4.0 released!

Salut,

2.4.0 has been released. This include:

atmosphere-runtime 2.4.0
atmosphere-extensions 2.4.0
nettosphere 2.4.0
atmosphere-samples 2.4.0

Atmosphere 2.4.,0 contains several performance improvement, specially
when used with Nettosphere, the fastest among all websocket servers
(Jetty, Tomcat, etc.). Atmosphere 2.4.0 also contains a completely new,
lightweight and fast Injection framework:

integration with Spring, CDI and Guice has also been improved. With the
Atmosphere Injection Framework, you can now inject AtmosphereRequest,
AtmosphereResource, AtmosphereResponse and Broadcast at request time
(request scoped). Look at the samples for example.

This version is backward incompatible with 2.3.x, mostly because the
AtmosphereRequest/Response are now interface instead of application.
