Not for UTC. Always converts to clients time.

No matter, I'll got my own version of primefaces extensions but it would save merging new releases each time!
PrimeFaces 5.0, PrimeFaces Extensions 2.0.0 , JSF 2.2.5, JEE 7 Glassfish 3.1.2.2, Netbeans 8.0, Windows 7

Well, if you kind of have a patch but do not provide it, the chance of PFE fixing it is low (see posts above)...
