Add seconds to timepicker ext

We're using the customized timepicker control with AM/PM 12-hour time blocks with minutes at 5-min intervals. Our clients require the ability to search down to the second. Is it possible to add seconds to the timepicker extension?
PF 5.2, Spark
Mojarra 2.2.0
Tomcat v7.0
OSX 10.10.3
FF 39.0.5, Chrome 45

Seconds are not supported. We use this plugin https://fgelinas.com/code/timepicker/ Please consider using of p:calendar with time only.
