Add a filter in a picklist

Hi,

I'm using PrimeFaces 3.2 and i was trying to add a filter in the picklist element but I see that the solution was not implemented yet in this version, isn´t it?.

I cannot update the PF version by policies of the company, so i wonder, is there any way to modify this version(3.2) and add the filter part ? Or there's any solution at this ?

Finally i just did it manually, not the best but it works.
