Globally changing default size

I tested it, but I couldn't replicate. Less folders create theme.css after build project. (If you don't have less compiler in your project, Installation -> http://lesscss.org/)
Please try with our sample project. I attached screenshot of folders.

Shouldn't font-size be using em units instead of px? If using em units, then there would be only one place that needs to be overridden to change the font-size and that is the body. Using em units is also recommended by W3C.

This also allows for an opportunity to change the font-size dynamically based on user preference. This currently cannot be done.

px vs em is an ongoing debate each having different pros and cons, we've chosen px but it is possible to change font-size globally to some point using .ui-widget style class as all components have it.
