getRowData called twice

I have a lazy data table with single selection. It works perfectly but i noticed that when one select a row, the getRowData is called twice. I am tuning the queries and can't figure out why this behaviuor.
Any Suggestions pleae ?

This is definitely an issue on 3.3.1. Has anyone posted a bug report or found a workaround? This is a lot of redundant queries for those who are backing the LazyDataModel with database calls.

Jsf (javabean) rule #1: don't do anywork in getters... So this is not a bug, but wrong usage in the other code
