Layout Problem in M2

I am not able to give layout position in new release of prime faces. when we use center position it takes all the space in page(left-right).....and when we remove center layout.....it shows left layout but only in small rectangle size and i tried to change its size ...but their is no effect.

I've noticed that M2 has changed the position values from

Code: Select all

<p:layoutUnit position="left" ... >

to

Code: Select all

<p:layoutUnit position="west" ... >

This was a gotcha for me too.
