FileUpload not working with JAAS

I have a web application running on Glassfish 3.1. I have a p:fileUpload component on my page and it works OK. The problem is when I try to add JAAS to my application. If I dont include the JAAS configuration on the web.xml, the component works as expected, but when I add JAAS configuration to te web.xml this component stops working. If I add JAAS to only one directory and my page including the fileupload is inside this folder, the event of fileupload dows not fire.

I need my page to be secure so please help me find out how to solve it.

I went through something similar.
In my case the, problem was solved when I changed the url-pattern FileUploadFilter.
