h:commandLink still not working in lazy data table?

Hello everyone,
I use glassfish 3.1 build 43, jsf 2.1 and primefaces-2.2.1.jar. I found several topics with same problem - h:commandLink not working with LazyDataModel in request scope. I understood it will be fixed with primefaces-2.2. However, it seems it has not been fixed so far, or I did something incorrectly. I made a small eclipse project with just this one use case, based on LazyDataModel showcase, and it doesn't work for me. I use CDI and when I switch to javax.enterprise.context.SessionScoped, everything works fine. Is there still a problem with this issue?
