Redmond theme bug in Internet Explorer

Hello, I'm using primefaces 3.0M2, using netbeans and glassfish 3.1. In my web app I use redmond theme. The problem is that when I use Internet Explorer 8.0, the <p:password /> component instead of showing the **** it shows some ugly squares.. seems to be a bug in the theme.
