Tooltip customization in charts

Is it possible to customize the tool tips which appear when mouse over on charts? At the moment it lists something like "2004:Boys:1:120" which is quite confusion for non developers.

Did something happen in this direction?
We definetly need to specify the columns in the tooltip, because the "column-id" as the third column in the tooltip is very confusing und not self-explanatory.
