p:datagrid and f:setPropertyActionListener

Hi All,

I'm using p:datagrid and f:setPropertyActionListener on a button in each row that brings up a dialog with details of one of the rows currently selected, all in a very simple JSF2 facelet on Tomcat 7 and Mojarra .. the problem is that on the first click on any row in the table the dialog will pop up but no attributes of the SelecteObject in one of my beans have been set ... only after the first click it seems that the SelectedObject has been initialized and everything works just fine .. I've tried with Session and Request scoped beans but same thing. The weird thing is that I have precisely same setting with datagrid in another application, the only difference is that the other application it isn't a straightforward JSF2 page but the users first login to their accounts and there everything works ok ..

Any thoughts much appreciated, thanks in advance.
