- tomcat 7.0.20 not working
- jboss-6.0.0 not working
deployed on both till no errors, but...*

which IDE exactly to use ?
- eclipse jee helios with jboss tools (stable)
- eclipse jee indigo with jboss tools (M3)
- eclipse jee indigo only: does not work, the tags auto-completion, the deploy...

which JSF version exactly to use ?
- 2.0.4
- 2.0.6
- 2.1.2
tried every one, but...*

* no sax problems, no "class not found" exceptions, no nothing
just does not display the components as shown on showcase

Do you have h:head on your pages? This tag is important in JSF2.

the documentation (in spanish at least) show the first example with the h:head tag and the h:body tag

in any place said that at least h:head tag is essential, but of course, I should paid attention to that

yep optimus, I re read the english and spanish manuals I downloaded
and as the getting started page only shows the tags, I think if you add a remarke on the tags should be easier for people like me
