dataTable filter event

I would like to make filters in dataTable like Microsoft excel filters.For example,I have 3 filters.If I filter using the first,second filter List will be updated (I want to limit just values listed in dataTable) .I try to use content of filteredValue by p:dataTable to update filter Lists but it was a delay to get filtered data:
When I check filter in the first time(trying with event="toggleSelect" or event="change"), filteredList of dataTable contains already full data without consider filter.

I hope that I am understandable in explaining the issue.
