"Change Theme" button problem on 3.0 Showcase page

On the 3.0 Labs Showcase page, click on the big Change Theme button at the upper left of the page. Try clicking the scroll bar or the scroll bar down arrow button. Instead of scrolling it closes the dropdown list. This prevents you from seeing any theme that is not at the top of the list.

This is happening to me with IE 7.
