Hi,

I have a problem with the confirmdialog:
I have a datatable. When I select a row, the selection is shown next to the table, along with the possibility to click some links.
These links (p:commandLink) use the confirmDialog.

My problem is: everytime I select a row, the content (text and buttons without styling) of the confirmDialog is shown for maybe half a second next to the links.

I am using: PrimeFaces 1.0.0, Mojarra JSF 1.2, Jboss 4.2.3, Facelets.

Any idea?

Cheers,

Timm

ConfirmDialog is not supported in p:dataTable at the moment and might cause issues.

For example can you try with paging and try to display confirmDialog, that might not work as well.

I think, I didn't explain myself wel:

The confirmDialog is not inside the datatable. also the link is not in the datatable. However the appearance of the link that includes the confirmDialog is triggered by the selection of a row (of the datatable).

The confirmDialog is working fine.

The only problem is that it shows for this half second when the selection is loaded. It disappears afterwards again. and works fine.

I tried to make a screenshot but I am not fast enough :)

Yes, I have this problem too. I didn't have datatable. I have simple buttons with confirm dialog inside of partial updated area. Every time if this area gets updated I see an unstyled horrible confirm dialog ca. half second or even more. Is it buil from JavaScript completely or what is the problem?

Ok so is it a UI flicker issue then? Functionality works but you guys see a bad looking markup for a short period?
