SelectOneListBox size property?

Hi!

Is there a purpose why the size property is not available in the SelectOneListBox? If yes, what is the substitute control for a combobox?

(I tried the selectonemenu, but it does not read the value, just writes it)

this one is annoying as works fine with plain selectOneListbox tag.
