Not sure if anyone else has encountered this. I have a <p:dialog> that contains an <h:form> with some input fields. Some of the input fields are included directly in the form, and some are within a composite component that is included in the form.
My problem is that the composite component inputs (just regular inputText boxes) don't respond when I type in them. Its like the keyboard isn't even connected. This happens when the dialog has modal="true" set. If I change it to modal="false" everything works.
Any suggestions on how to fix this or work around it?
Input texts on dialog do not work if dialog is modal
