Weird behaviour with PickList, AjaxUpdates and IE8

Hi,

We have a weird behavior on IE8 with the PickList.

1) Default screen:


2) Mark elements in the PickList (doesn't matter if source or target):


3) Press the save button which triggers an update on the panel:


As you can see now, the whole panel is marked by the browser.
How can this be resolved? This doesn't occur with other browsers, newer IE or IE8 compatiblity mode in IE9.

Does this happen if you disable accelerators?
Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> uncheck Display Accelerator button on selection
