I have the following code..:

Code: Select all

<p:selectOneMenu effect="fade" style="width: 280px;" value="#{searchModel.chosenSortiment}" converter="sortimentConverter" onchange="loadSuppliers();">
Before RC1, I could use keyboard to go to specific entry in the list and the onchange event was not fired until I paused my input for a second or so. Now the onchange event is called for every press I do on my keyboard, which is not what I want...

Is this a bug or a new feature? Any way to get back the old behaviour?

I it is a 'regression' and there is no real advantage to be seen in this new behaviour, I'd call it a bug
