I have a sortable dataTable inside an accordionPanel.
When I click on a table header to sort the content the JavaScript select() function of the accordionPanel object gets called.
This produces an ugly UI effect: The opened tab of the accordionPanel collapses and reopens itself.
Has anybody an idea how this can be avoided?
Thank you for your help!

1. Create an issue in Issue Tracker, refer to this forum topic URL, provide a simple test case (xhtml and bean), and reply here with the new Issue # and URL of the new issue.
2. Replace usage of dataTable sortable column with Sort By commandButton(s) and ORDER BY in your SELECT statement in your DAO. That's what I do. I don't use dataTable sortable columns.
3. search this forum for solution/workaround by searching google for the following:
forum.primefaces.org sort column datatable accordionpanel
