export column groups into excel

Following answer in previous question

I would like to know how can I export a column group header into excel file (using poi, jxl, etc..)

Is there any place to take a look to this stuff???

But to answer your question: Only simple header will be exported, but you can mix both to have single header in exported XLS files and grouped column header in your datatable.
