many thanks
My response is as follows:

1. Are you referring to p:calendar or p:schedule?
2. If you are referring to p:schedule, please note that p:schedule is PrimeFaces wrapper for 'jquery fullcalendar'.
3. If you are referring to p:calendar, please note p:calendar is PrimeFaces wrapper for 'jquery datepicker'.

So, I did/found the following (easily):

http://www.lmgtfy.com/?q=stackoverflow+ ... amic+Hijri
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/5049 ... i-calendar
http://keith-wood.name/calendars.html

I really hope you recognize 'Date Picker' tab on the last URL/page provided above. I might as well mention now, because so many people in this forum don't like to search and read, they rather 'ask' questions. :(

See the URLs that I provided above, especially the last URL that I shared. I saw Islamic calendar, which was 'not' listed under Gregorian calendar set of calendars. Also, see the usage. Read that page and read PrimeFaces user guide for p:calendar, which has locale and timeZone attributes. Try them and let us know your test results.
