Fileupload primefaces3.2

I'm using fileupload component with multiple files upload capability, The 'choose' button is appearing properly when the component is enabled but the choose disappears when the component is disabled, However the upload and cancel buttons appear properly in both states. it happens in IE7
However it appears properly in firefox12.x both in enabled and disabled state.

Please suggest

Yes, detect for IE and offer simple mode upload for it.
You will have to check for sizeLimit and allowTypes yourself but you would have to do that in the other fileUpload mode anyway.
PF 4.x (Elite versions), PF 5, Pf 5.1, PF 6.0
Glassfish 4.1, Mojarra 2.x, Java 8, Payara 4.1.1.

We have this fileupload in multiple places, I cannot switch to single fileupload everywhere. Is there any way i can change the style of 'choose' to appear different color other than 'grey' when it is disabled?
Using primefaces3.2, jboss7.0.2, weld 1.1.5
