In my organization I have to custom a calendar that has ability to change to Broadcast and ISo calendar.
When I used RichFaces, I could exend their calendar. Since RichFaces is not compatible to JSF2 which I need to use, I would like to switch now to PrimeFaces.
Is there a way to extend any of your components?
Thanks!

Hi,
Can you please send links to the calendar types you mentioned to clarify your requirements.
For broadcast, maybe you can use;
http://www.primefaces.org:8080/prime-sh ... ePages.jsf
or

Hi!
I need a component that has a button that when clicking on it - it changes the calendar type: ISO, Broadcast or Greogorian
1. Greogrian - the regular calendar (what exists now)
2. Broadcast calendar has is maximum 5 weeks, if the last week is not full (for example only 6 days - if the last day of the month is Friday), the rested day/s (i.e. Satuderday) will be considered as the next month and will not be displayed.
also, the calendar accepts first month of the year.

2. ISO calndar :
In the first week of the year, the minimum days must be 4. If the amount of days is less - it is considered as the previous year.
also, the calendar accepts first month of the year.

As well, is there a way to extend/change the components?

1) Yes
2) As I've mentioned, calendar pages set to 12 would help to create sth similar.
3) See;

Calendar is based on YUI calendar which is easy to extend as like most of other PrimeFaces components since they are based on a powerful client side apis.
