We are planning to setup a theme repository where users can upload their own themes for PrimeFaces. Currently there are 26 themes ready for use, 25 of these come from themeroller and one is sam skin we've created for backward compatibility. Creating a theme is extremely easy using the powerful online theme creator of themeroller

What do you think about this? Users can rate themes, sort according to popularity and more. If your apps' theme looks cool, why not share it :)

Yes, it's a great idea. For my web apps I need "sky" and "amber" themes. Although I have found similar themes by themeroller I would create a new theme. Not by reason of color, by reason of some images. Do you know whether we can create our own icons bundled with theme?

Yes, icons are placed in images directory and have three different states, default, hover and active. Note that themeroller uses sprite images for better performance.

Documentation is not ready yet but you can use the online themecreator and add the one line css to your page to apply the theme. I've added 26 themes to the showcase.

Oh well! This is your OS Mac and not IE. Under IE und Windows we don't have round corners and so sexy combobox for paging :-)
