In order to improve TouchFaces i would suggest having a look at Sencha Touch http://www.sencha.com/products/touch/ . It evolved from Ext JS, jQTouch und Raphaël and is build with web standards which should nicely fit into PF framework.

Good stuff, licensing seems complicated though, I avoid adding gpl stuff to PF.

Hmm..., I'm not a lawyer  (could make much, much more money), but what is your problem with GPL? Linux, Java or MySQL are available under GPL and seem to do well.

Yes, I've seen that as well and quite excited.

I hope we can expect touch faces integrated with jQuery Mobile Framework soon. There is a great demand for smart phone mobile web applications in the enterprise.

I hope development speed of jquery mobile will be faster than jquery ui, they usually do lots of planning instead of coding. :)

The jQuery Mobile 1.0 alpha1 is out (http://jquerymobile.com/)... Do you still plan to use it to replace jQTouch in TouchFaces? If yes, we (Byzaneo) could help you for the migration...

In 2.3, TouchFaces will be rewritten based on jQuery UI.

Are you plan on supporting JQuery Mobile framework (which covers pretty much all smart phones) in 2.3? When is 2.3 going to be out? I already started the pilot using Touch Faces. It is a great framework but it is more tuned for iPhone.
