p:image not showing

Hello everybody!
I have an APP that uploads and shows pictures.
Everything seems to work fine. Pictures are uploaded ( I have seen them on the upload folder), the problem is that these pictures are not shown in a p:image in the DEPLOYED APP in my server. They are shown correctly if I run my APP in my PC with this path:
Localhost:8080/my_app_name/picture_folder/picture_name.JPG
But using the same path on my deployed APP doesnt work.
Whats the problem with that?
The folder is owned by the glassfish server user so I dont know what else to look at...
Im using netbeans 7.3, primefaces 3.5.
I run my APP on a ubuntu server with a glassfish 3.1.2
Any idea is welocme!
