I want to combine <h:commandLink> and <p:fileupload>:
I want with <h:commandLink> onclick action that displays the file browser to upload the file selected, and the progress bar displayed at the bottom of the page.
Can someone help me; thanks in advance

You can use customUI feature for the commandLink integration, here is an example from showcase;

when CustomUI set to true the only parts that can be customized are the two command links, but what i think that Anass_box meant to say is wether or not the browse button can be replaced by a command button.

I just want to know if there is possibility to display the browser (File chooser) through <h:commandLink/> click event, without using <p:fileUpLoade/> borwse button. subsequently display the progress bar at the bottom of the page. knowing that, I use <h:commandLink> in a menu placed at the top of my page.
