2.1 RC1 with UI of default 2.0.x

I want to start using 2.1 for a project I have been working on, but I really want to use the css/ui of 2.0.x branch. Is this possible, none of the stock themes look like the old 2.0.x default theme?

We've ported old "sam" skin of pre 2.0.x to the new theme infrastructure of 2.1.x and made it as the default theme already, with some minor differences, images, colors are should be some.
