Problem with dashboard panel that contains a dataTable

I have a <p:dashboard> which contains a <p:panel> with a <p:dataTable>.

My issue is that after a user has dragged a panel to a new location, the table displays a 'Loading...' message and shows nothing.

Why is it trying to refresh the table? is there any way to disable that behavior?

[I'm using a dynamic table with paging enabled]

It is a known issue that will be fixed in 2.2 release as we are introducing the new datatable soon.
