Accessing 'yearRange' in new PrimeFaces Calendar

In the new PrimeFaces calendar (2.1), is there a way to access the yearRange option from the jQuery Datepicker or can the calender be enhanced to expose that property? I'm trying to collect 'date of birth' and the default of current year plus or minus 10 years is not enough to show dates for older users. The user has to keep clicking the first year to go back 10 years at a time and that's kind of a pain.
