Custom design

Hi All,
I am anew user to PRimeFaces and have chosen PF 5.0 to go ahead.
My concern is, for some of the components e.g. Calander - i would use PF theme and design but for some of the components e.g. Button, Radiobutton, checkbox etc.
When i use JSF button and provide our custom css, it renders accordingly but when i use PF button and provide the css class, it renders only few properties from our custom class and the overall look of the button is a mix of PF css and our css. When on Firefox i delete all the PF classes, it renders well.
Please guide me how do i achieve the same.
Similarly, I need to render the radioButton which is <input type='radio'> followed by label as "<span></span>Radio 1". Because our custom css will apply properties based on these selectors. Please guide me.
