Clock component is wrong?

prime faces 2.0

Clock showing wrong time. The server it self placed in Kazahstan and clock making fault in 6 hours.
why? :(

Afaik, there neverwas a 2.5, and 3 is not supported anymore either. Tryto go with the latest
