Datatable reflow rendering/css issue

When datatable has reflow set it loses outer borders on viewport resize. This can be seen on the current showcase.

Screenshots were from FF but similar behaviour in Chrome and Internet Explorer.

Poss CSS bug?

The datatable has lots of javascript in it, so while missing a line should (most likely) be fixed by applyig some style, the real cause can be in some javascript that does not (re)apply it.
