DefaultTreeNode & TreeNode in PF 2.1

Hi
I have updated to PF 2.1 form 2.0.2.
I see that TreeNode has become an interface and DefaultTreeNode is the implementation.

DefaultTreeNode has this method:

public void setType(String type)

But the interface doesn't, I guess somebody just missed this method?

Then is the API getting updated?
