The autocomplete component works fine using IE and firefox. I want to be able to run my app from my blackberry. I have tried operamini and bolt but with no success. Is it possible?

I tried it with the Opera Mobile emulator,
there it worked fine

Maybe it is timing out. I have around 1000 entries in the list. When I use a selectonemenu, it works but around 30 seconds to render the list. The difference from my blackberry and your emulator would be the resources. ex. memory, processor, connection speed

you can set attributes like maxResults and minQueryLenght to manage that
