IE6 and loading javscript libraries

For reasons beyond me or my control a customer wants to use IE6 for an application. It seems to function ok, as we have coded round certain issues. However, one problem is the fact that when a page is loaded with controls for the first time, or refreshed, the stack trace starts showing an inability to load js libraries such as jQuery.js.

Has anybody seen this or know of a way round it.

I am using jsf 2 and pf 2.2.M1.
