problem editor not display

Hello Prime team today i have problem with editor
i try display editor in my web project but it display textarea instead of editor why ?

What else is on the page? Other stylesheets might be interfering with the YUI style.

What browser?

i use firefox and google chrome
my page dont have any thing else, i was create new page and use p:editor
but it not display editor, it display textarea

showcase work for me, i was copy and paste code from showcase to my code but it not work, i cant understand why it not work , although menubar dialog work well?
