BorderLayout dynamic height

Hello Everyone,

I want to place <p:layout> inside my page with "left" and "center" pane. I want to keep the width and height dynamic (to occupy remaining space in page). The width works perfect if i make "left" pane 30% and "center" pane 70%. It occupies remaining available space inside the page with correct ratio, but height doesn't work. It expects "px" value ONLY and "%" values are totally ignored in "css" override.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
