When looking further into CLEditor, I saw that it has a number of plugins of its own, which would be very useful. Here is a link to the CLEditor plugins:

I was thining of using the PrimeFaces Editor component to add a simple bulletin board feature to a web application and the Table plugin and Icon plugin (Emoticons) would add a lot of value.
I would also like to have a code block plugin as well, which would probably generate an HTML bock with the tags as per the BBcode block as below and it would apprear on screen similar to the BBcode block as below:
