LayoutUnit:Attribute scrollable case sensitive

When setting the scrollable-Attribute of the center LayoutUnit to "TRUE", the layout (full screen, top, left,center, all not resizable, not closeable) gets all messed up. When setting it to "true", it works like expected.

Just a suggestion: Either the attribute (or in general, all attributes that take a boolean value?) should be case-insensitive to its value, or the docs, p. 217 should not state "TRUE" and "FALSE" as possible values for such attributes.
