I have managed to pinpoint where it went wrong for WebsSphere 8 with Primefaces. In commit 3666 for issue 1436, you introduced a custom ResourceHandler that doesn't work with MyFaces for some reason.
If I remove the <resource-handler> from standard-faces-config.xml and do a build, everything work as it did before this commit.
Maybe some adjustments in the custom ResourceHandler is all that is needed until MyFaces or IBM fixes the problem?
