Modal dialog under a flash chart

Hi,

I'm trying to use a modal dialog on a page where I display a flash chart. However, when I move the dialog and cross the area where the flash chart is, the chart stands over the dialog, hardly the behaviour I was looking for. So, has anyone come to this problem yet? How have you solved it?
