Looks great.

The select many menu doesn't render properly in IE 8 though (I know it is beta):

Same problem here with Google Chrome.

Hi,

All new components have strange borders if you select them with Ctrl + mouse clicks.

BTW, radio buttons look strange. Why do we need small circles for not checked radios? I would use Niceforms http://www.emblematiq.com/lab/niceforms ... forms.html or something else. To tell the truth, I didn't like design of new select controls. There are much better widgets in internet.

They are ok generally. But radio button is a little bit strange with a small circle. I can not distinguish normal, not selected state from selected state in FF unter Linux. Really. You know, many people are color-blind (me not). I would remove this circle from "not selected" state and add it for "selected" state only.

I also have concern about the UI of the new radio button:
http://primefaces.prime.com.tr/forum/vi ... 707#p30707
(Circle inside circle for unselected state is really misleading)

UI may be as follows:

JSF implementation: Mojarra V2.1.7
JSF component library: Primefaces V3.1.1

I would have to agree that the radio buttons are not very accessible. Old people / people with bad vision probably will have trouble determining which one is selected! People with good vision probably will think they're stylish :)

@Oleg: the link (http://www.emblematiq.com/lab/niceforms ... forms.html) has radio buttons and checkboxes that don't look right in IE 8 (labels overlap form control).

@MISS_DUKE: I agree that the link (http://www.filamentgroup.com/lab/access ... ss_jquery/) does have really cool checkboxes and radio buttons.

I like the radios, they look stylish to me. You can use h:selectOneRadio if you don't like the way it looks, in the end everyone has a different taste.

Usability and accessibility are my priority than "stylish"ing, but different people has different tastes.
