Facet for ajax status when not doing anything

I want a still image of a loading bar when not the user is not anything. There is start and complete facets. If I set the complete to the still image it works fine. The only problem the user has to do something before it will show. Didn't know if this was possible? Thanks.

Haha. You got me optimus. That's cool though. Our company is finding primefaces to be the best JSF framework out there. It's so far ahead of Ice Faces. Quite honestly Ice Faces is disaster compared to Prime Faces. So much easier to work with. We'll find the user guide helpful.
