Hey guys. I'm currently working on an application and using the datable. I'm writing a custom editor instead of using the built in one. After the user finishes the edit I call the filter() method to return them to the start of the datatable. This is good when the user has filter has been applied but not good when they have not done a filter. This is bad because it clears out the pagination info. So if a user is editing something on the 4th page they get sent back to the first page.

I would like to have some sort of way to tell if the data table has been filtered so I could apply that filter. If not then I do not want to apply a filter. Thanks.
