I think the question you need to ask first of all is "has a translation
project of the user's guide into Chinese (Mandarin? Cantonese?)
happened, and if not is anything planned?"

I think currency issues are likely to be the least of your worries.

He probably mean "How to buy user's guide in China?" since he mentioned "Can I use RMB?" which is Chinese dollar
