P:signature text inside field

Hi all,

I have on question into the round. Has somebody made already a change on the p:signature component to add a info Text in it?
Like here:

I tried to find a JS solution by myself, but I'm not that expert and failed very hard .
If somebody has an idea, how to do the same, I would be very happy.

Like in the Picture, under the Line for example:
Name, Date
Please sign here
City, Date

Can't you just use CSS to position a div on top of it?

Thanks for the hint. That works for me. Sometimes the easy way is the best solution.
